"Called agency looking for quote. At the time they weren't able to offer me car insurance. I was constantly harassed by mail and phone. A policy was opened without my consent. Never sent a payment. Yet continued to get policy papers in mail. Called agency several times to rectify the situation to no satisfaction. Sent complaint to dmv to try to get my registration suspended. Would not recommend. They're far from a good neighbor. Rude staff and uneducated on insurance coverage."
